Recreational Vehicles &
Watercraft Claim Checklist
   

If your claim involves an accident with another recreational vehicle or watercraft, take appropriate measures to gather the following information:
     
  Name, address and phone number of the other RV/boat operator involved
     
  Same information for the RV/boat owner if not the one operating the RV/watercraft
     
  Insurance information if applicable
     
  Contact information of anyone involved
     
  Description of the other RV/watercraft, including registration number
     

Take notes of the incident and your location as the details may be difficult to recall later
   
Contact your local Cross office immediately to report your loss.
   

Call your local Cross agent in cases of emergency. You should also call your insurance carrier directly in these instances.
