In March, Cross acquired Corcoran & Havlin (C&H), one of the largest insurance agencies in the Boston-metro area, which caters to the region’s high-end individuals and businesses. Headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with branch offices in Duxbury and Medfield, towns ranking themselves amongst the highest per capita income in Massachusetts, the company has positioned itself as a premier private client insurer. The purchase of C&H has brought Cross more than 50 experienced and committed employees. The commitment of C&H employees is shown through their incredible longevity, where roughly 40% of employees have been with the company for more than 10 years. This dedication is one that is valued by Cross and only part of the reason why C&H will fit in nicely. Jack Keefe, President, and George Doherty, Vice President, will remain as company leaders. “Jack and George have built a first-class organization and have a knowledgeable and dedicated staff supporting them,” said Royce Cross. “We are extremely pleased that they have agreed to join our organization and we look forward to having them as part of our leadership team,” concluded Royce.
