Our Manchester, NH office is looking for someone to join our Employee Benefits Team, and become a team player in our Small Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Assist and advise new clients through the implementation process, working with carriers to obtain and prepare rates and benefits for presentation.
- Responsible for all related data entry.
- Assist current clients through the renewal process and be a point of contact for service needs throughout the year.
- Provide support for our Sr. Account Executives and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to written process and quality management guidelines
- Process enrollments and terminations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College Degree preferred.
- Prior Employee Benefits Administration Experience Desired.
- 3 year minimum experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or other professional work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service skills to include empathy to client situations, quick response times and demonstrated ability to compose clear and accurate routine and non-routine correspondence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
- High level attention to detail, able to see tasks to presentable conclusion independently, and provide visually appealing outcomes.
- Must be an avid team player and able to manage ones own projects as well be willing to help others.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, but must have strong Excel skills.
- Ability to learn multiple new web applications for data entry
- Familiarity with the health insurance industry and New England carriers preferred
