Appleby & Wyman Insurance Agency of Concord, MA was founded. William Wyman joined the firm.
The Meadowbrook Insurance Agency of Dedham, MA is acquired. A. Carmen Marciano joined the agency as partner.
A. Carmen Marciano Purchases remaining shares from David Barton leading to 100% ownership.
Lisa Marciano, Carmen’s daughter, became President and CEO. Carmen continued to serve as chairman.

Gerald T. McCarthy Insurance Agency is acquired by Cross Insurance and merges with Appleby & Wyman Insurance Agency.
