Loiselle Insurance, previously located in Pawtucket, RI, was acquired by Cross Insurance in June of 2022 and has since relocated operations to Cross’s existing office in East Providence, RI. Loiselle Insurance was founded in 1943 by Maurice R. Loiselle and has been serving families in Rhode Island ever since. With a staff of twenty-two professional, experienced and friendly individuals, the Agency focuses on personal-lines and small commercial-lines and has received numerous insurance carrier achievement awards. Loiselle Insurance was family owned and operated by Bob Loiselle (Past President of the agency since 1979), and his two daughters, Melanie Loiselle-Mongeon and Brenda Loiselle-Marcotte. Shortly after partnering with Cross Insurance, Bob Loiselle retired and Melanie chose to pursue her lifelong passion for teaching. Brenda Loiselle-Marcotte, who was an agency producer and the systems administrator, has stayed on with Cross Insurance as a member of the IT leadership team providing years of experience with sales and marketing technology.
