Cross Insurance is proud to announce a partnership with highly-regarded boutique agency Brown Thayer Shedd Insurance (BTS) of Fairfield County, Connecticut. For more than 100 years, BTS has been providing insurance and related services to their clients, currently from offices located in New Canaan and Darien Connecticut. Both locations will continue to operate without change and will be led by their respective leadership teams – Tim Brown in New Canaan and Edward (Tim) Brown in Darien. With nearly 80 years of combined experience, both industry veterans are lifelong residents of their respective communities.
The merger mutually benefited Cross and BTS – both family-owned and operated insurance businesses.
